ORDER

This Criminal Revision is preferred by the petitioner/husband as against the order dated 04.03.2017 passed by the Family Court, Vellore in FC.MC.No.75 of 2014. By the impugned order, the Family Court directed the petitioner/husband to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month each to the respondents/wife and minor daughter towards maintenance from the date of the maintenance petition. Further, the petitioner was directed to pay the arrears of maintenance within a period of 45 days and continue to pay the maintenance to the respondents for every succeeding month on or before 5th of every English Calender month.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has settled the matter with the respondents by paying a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- as one time settlement. 3.The said submission has also been conceded by the learned counsel for the respondents.
