2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondent to provide Vella Nivarana Nithi to the petitioner for his lands acre 1.14 cents in S.F.Nos.141/5A and 141/1F of Mangalore Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District, by considering his representation dated 08.02.2016.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already tokens are issued to all the victims and the amount would be disbursed very shortly.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that there is no need to give any specific direction to the respondent. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
