He filed O.S.No.189/2018 for a parition and a separate possession, the suit was decreed on 16.09.2018 and seeks for a direction to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2018 in O.S.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the Mahila Court, Cuddalore. 2.On verification of the status in e-courts, it transpires that the Learned Trial Judge has ordered delivery on 19.02.2021. Therefore, nothing further re mains to be adjudicated in the revision petition, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
