The Judgement creditor is the Civil Revision Petitioner. He filed O.S.No.189/2018 for a parition and a separate possession, the suit was decreed on 16.09.2018 and seeks for a direction to dispose of E.P.No.1 of 2018 in O.S.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the Mahila Court, Cuddalore. 2.On verification of the status in e-courts, it transpires that the Learned Trial Judge has ordered delivery on 19.02.2021. Therefore, nothing further re­ mains to be adjudicated in the revision petition, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
