This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P.No.18762 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 to comply with the condition of the High Court of Madras.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to his illhealth, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
