ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondent to take action upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.10.2018 and investigate the same within the stipulated period.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Villuppuram dated 15.10.2019 and submitted that the 2nd respondent is granted permission by the appropriate authority to register preliminary enquiry into the allegations made against the said Periyasamy. She further submitted that if preliminary enquiry reveals commission of cognizable offence, regular case would be registered against the said Periyasamy.
