Mr. S.Sithirai Anandam, learned counsel, who is before this Virtual Court, submits that there is difficulty for the Counsel who is to argue this matter (bereavement) and requests for an adjournment.

2. Mr. NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned State counsel is before this Court on behalf of all the five respondents and learned State counsel is ready to argue this matter.
