[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Sambu @ Shanmugam, S/o.Anbazhagan, Hindu, aged 31 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C.M.P.No.33/Goonda/Salem City/2019 dated 18.09.2019. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in C.M.P.No.33/Goonda/Salem City/2019 dated 18.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4947, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
