[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of petitioner's wife, by name, Logeshwari, W/o. Selvamani, aged about 24 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was referred to mediation. Unfortunately, the mediation failed, as seen from the Report.
