The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.00 am for a period of three months in the bail order granted to the petitioner on 18.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16932 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
