This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.12.2018 and 27.03.2019 in view of the order passed by the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, dated 02.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.8025 of 2019.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired in Crime No.691 of 2019 and closed on 26.09.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
