Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and pay the petitioner's increments due from 1994 duly implementing the order of reduction in pay from 20.01.1996 and to sanction the petitioner's selection grade from the date on which he completed ten years of service in the ordinary grade of grade II Warden with all arrears.
