This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.11735 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15791 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to financial crisis, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
