This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent police in Crime No.185 of 2024 dated 14.05.2024. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that respondent police has filed final report before the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Vellore and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C..No.21 of 2024.
