Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Proc.R.No.1836/VA1/2010 dated 27.01.2016 and Proc.R.No.1889/R4/2016(EO No.19/2016) dated 29.01.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to superannuate the petitioner from service and settle his retirement benefits within a reasonable time.
