The notice by way of substituted service is ordered to the first respondent / defendant, directing the learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs to publish about the suit by effecting newspaper publication in any one of the Tamil leading newspaper circulated widely in the area concerned, indicating the date of hearing of the petition as 08.11.2019. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court. Accordingly this application is ordered.
