By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner entered into service on 25.09.2014 as BT Assistant, and within five years, the petitioner made representation dated 03.12.2018 to the first respondent for alteration of her date of birth. But till date the same has not been forwarded to the Commission of Revenue Administration for due enquiry and effecting change of date of birth. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2018 for forwarding the same to the Commission of Revenue Administration within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
