ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4550 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.1139 of 2025 vide order dated 13.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4550 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.1139 of 2025 vide order dated 13.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
