By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders for transfer and posting her in School Education Department as PG Assistant in Government Higher Secondary School based on the selection conducted by the Teacher Recruitment Board as per Notification/Advertisement No.3 of 2012 dated 28.02.2012 without any loss of seniority.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she was selected for appointment to the post of PG Assistant in Government Higher Secondary Schools in School Education Department, she was allotted to ADW School coming under the department of ADW, which is a separate department government by separate Service Rules.
After joining the service on 22.02.2013, she made a representation dated 01.07.2015 through proper channel. However, the same has not been disposed of till date.
4. Therefore, taking note of the pendency of the representation, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 01.07.2015 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
