Application Nos.4872 and 5520 of 2024 have been filed seeking permission of this Court to file additional documents listed out in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. However, the learned counsel would submit that the same may be allowed to be marked as exhibits subject to admission, proof and relevancy.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications as sufficient cause has been shown for not filing the documents earlier.
