The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, to quash the order dated 24.04.2018 passed by the second respondent and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of his appeal dated 3.7.2012, in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 30.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.33393 of 2015, by considering his representation dated 20.07.2018.
2. By the impugned order, the second respondent directed the Joint Sub Registrar concerned, to cancel the entries made in Book I Document Nos.869 to 876/2000 and Book IV Document Nos.437/2001 and 2133/2008 and 2019/2010 and 6083/2010, as fabricated documents.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the relief sought in this writ petition to the extent of directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2018, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
