ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Sumathi @ Chenni, aged about 35 years, and minor granddaughter namely, Logeswari, aged about 13

years and the minor grandson Bharath, aged about 10 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and to set them at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. We have already recorded the facts as emanated from the detenue. Suffice it to state that there is no illegal detention involved in this case. The petitioner also submitted that in that case, the detenue shall take care of her own life along with children.
