O.P.No.335 of 2017 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased K.Usha Rani, who died on 13.12.2013.

2. The petitioners are the children of the deceased Usha Rani. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1 and she has produced the death certificate of the deceased K.Usha Rani as Ex.P1, the death certificate of the husband of K.Usha Rani was marked as Ex.P2 and the Legal Heirship Certificate was marked as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3, Legal Heirship Certificate, would disclose that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased K.Usha Rani.

3. In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
