ORDER

Seeking permission to receive the pension, the petitioner has made a representation dated 28.10.2015 to the respondents. On its non-consideration, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's wife Shanthi, while working in the first respondent office, died on 13.12.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner has agreed with his son to receive the pension from her mother's service benefits. Such factum has been clearly admitted at paragraph 6 of the affidavit. pension of his wife from the respondent's office, due to subsequent issue between him and his son, the petitioner cannot come to this Court seeking a direction as stated supra.
