... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28652 of 2012 dated 01.09.2023.

ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28672 of 2012, thereby directing the respondents to restore 5% personal pay with effect from 01.08.1992 to the petitioner and disburse all the arrears and consequential benefits including further revision of pay, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.
The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that similar matters were challenged in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.No.3579 of 2024 etc., and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 27.01.2025 granted stay. 3.
In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the Contempt Petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeals. 29.10.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
