The 1st to 3rd accused have filed Crl.O.P.No.3132 of 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.117 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2. The intervenor had also entered appearance. On 13.02.2023, the learned Single Judge of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners, on condition that the petitioners should deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.117 of 2022. It is stated that the said condition had been complied with.

3. In view of the particular fact, let me not enter into detailed discussion on the facts of the case.

1. The intervenor had also filed Crl.M.P.No.17573 of 2023 seeking to modify the order dated 13.02.2023 and to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.4,00,000/-. He had earlier filed Crl.M.P.No.16986 of 2023 only to withdraw the amount which had been deposited. 2.

5. In view of the fact that interim anticipatory bail had been granted to the petitioners, Crl.M.P.No.16986 of 2023 has become redundant and the same is closed.

6. Registry is directed to list Crl.M.P.No.17573 of 2023 for passing orders on 07.11.2023.
