The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 174(iii)) Cr.P.C @ 450, 302, 115 IPC in Crime No.518 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. It is stated that the deceased had originally married one Murali. She had divorced the said Murali and subsequently, she had married one Perumal, who is the husband of A3. It is also stated that A3 did not allow the deceased to live with Perumal and then with the help of the petitioner / A2 and A1, killed the deceased.

3. It stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both A1 and the present petitioner / A2 had cut the hand of the deceased and as a result, the deceased died.

4. Taking into consideration the grave nature of offence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
