O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to hear and dispose of the Second Appeal filed on 15.05.2019 against the order of the Director of Geology and Mining passed in Rc.No. 1232/MM9/2018 dated 05.03.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing of the Second Appeal has been fixed on 25.11.2019 and that notice would be issued to the parties concerned well in advance before the said hearing.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
