ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.509 of 2016 on the file of the 5th respondent , Inspector of Police, Vanur Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" on 02.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur.

3. In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
