The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, in Crime No.45 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the de-facto complainant wanted to purchase a property and for that purpose had approached the first accused. The first accused had taken the defacto complainant to a builder and an account was opened to deposit the amount. The defacto complainant had deposited about Rs.1crore and the first accused had obtained her ATM card and cheque. It is specifically stated that he had withdrawn a sum of Rs.36 lakhs.

3.It is the further case of the prosecution that a sum of Rs.19,97,000/- had been transferred to the account of the petitioner herein, who is the second accused. sli 4.In view of the fact that a sum of Rs.19,97,000/- had been transferred to the account of the petitioner herein, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this criminal original petition is dismissed.
