O R D E R

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent in Na.Ka.A3/15585/2015 dated 06.11.2015 and to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land under Survey No.207/1 (Old.No.166/2) to an extent of 0.97 cents situated at Melapakkam Village, Tindivanam Taluk and Villupuram District.

3.Challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.A3/15585/2015 dated 06.11.2015, rejecting the application of petitioner for issuance of patta, the present writ petition by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.The writ petition filed by the petitioner before this Court cannot be entertained at this stage, since the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer by filing an appeal against the order passed by the second respondent herein.

6.The writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer by filing appeal against the order of the second respondent.
