O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 10.09.2023 and dispose of the same within the time to be fixed by this Court. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 stating that the appeal filed by the writ petitioner was taken on file and notice was also served on both the parties, sought time to file counter and to produce the documents.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner and also the progress of the appeal, the second respondent is 2/4

directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from today (19.10.2023). Both the petitioner and the private respondent are directed to extend their fullest co-operaiton for the early disposal of the appeal. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
