ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation Crime No.246 of 2014 from 3rd respondent to any other competent investigation officer or S.B.C.I.D under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2. Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd respondent now completed the entire investigation in Crime No.246 of 2014 after examining 19 persons and the same was closed as action dropped. Therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer of investigation does not arise since no investigation is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant and file final report after serving referred charge sheet notice before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner/defacto complainant is at liberty to file protest petition before the Court concerned. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
