This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.10.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.10.2022, CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.1044 of 2022 on 25.10.2022; enquiry has been initiated and the same is pending.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
