NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 163 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the judgment of conviction and sentence in Cr.M.P.No.403 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi, Villupuram District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent police and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
