This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.72 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) represented that the petitioner was already arrested and released on station bail.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
