ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 and 4 have encroached upon the land in occupation of the petitioner.
3. In that case, the matter would be a private dispute between the parties. The petitioner may approach appropriate Civil Court or forum, as may be permissible under law. In that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
4. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
