The petitioner, who is facing investigation on the complaint given by one Deepa alleging cheating and uploading of obscene photos, is before this Court alleging that the police is harassing.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation and if he properly cooperating with the investigation, there is no reason to go in search of him at his residence.

3. Considering the submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on Sunday (08.10.2023) at 10.30 a.m., and cooperate with the investigation. If he cooperate with the investigation, the respondent police shall not resort any cohesive measures.
