2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 1244 days in representing the appeal is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

3. However, the petitioner/appellant shall not be entitled to claim interest, if any, on the enhanced compensation for the period of 1244 days.
