[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Suresh @ Olai Suresh, male, aged 38 years, S/o.Thangamani, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 579/2019 dated 10.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner's husband in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 579/2019 dated 10.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4331, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 30.10.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
