to law and in violation of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to restore the increment of the petitioner, calculate the revised terminal benefits of the petitioner, pay arrears of terminal benefits, arrears of pension, difference in commuted pension etc., and pay revised pension. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has tried to contact the petitioner by sending communication by Registered Post. The said registered mail was returned with postal endorsement 'Addressee deceased, return to Sender'. The learned counsel thus submits that on account of the aforesaid postal endorsement, she has learnt that the petitioner having deceased and the legal heirs of the petitioner not shown interest to pursue the matter and as such, the writ petition stands abated.

2. Learned counsel further submitted that a memo to the above effect has been filed into the Registry on 16.09.2025 enclosing there with the returned registered envelope. The aforesaid Memo is taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that the petitioner had deceased, the writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. msr 23-09-2025 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes To 1.The Joint Registrar of Co - operative Societies, Villupuram Zone, Villupuram.
