[Order of the court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu has come up with this Petition, seeking production of the detenu.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2019, passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ponneri, the detenu has joined the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this case and accordingly, the detenu is set at liberty. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
