This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para no.3 of an order passed by this Court, dated 02.08.2023 in in Crl.M.P.No.10250 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13229 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
