This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the appeal petition of the Petitioner dated 24.8.2015 in accordance with law within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, i.e. to dispose of the appeal petition, within a time frame, for which the learned senior counsel has no objection, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal petition of the Petitioner dated 24.8.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
