Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned posting order passed by him in Ref. No.21342/E2/2/2015 dated 09.07.2015 and quash the same with regard to the allotment of the place and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to accommodate the petitioner at Madurai Medical College i.e. in the place of the fourth respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu For Respondents : Ms.M.E.Raniselvam, Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R3

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she is a widow and her daughter and other family members are residing at Madurai. Further she is also suffering from blood pressure and it would be convenient for her to work at Madurai Medical College and therefore she submitted the representations dated 13.07.2015, 29.07.2015 and 31.08.2015 seeking transfer from Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai to Madurai Medical College. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the same was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer, it would be suffice to give direction to the respondents to consider the representations. It is further submitted that there is a vacancy in Madurai Medical College.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.M.E.Raniselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

5.This Court, taking into consideration the submissions made the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider the representations dated 13.07.2015, 29.07.2015 and 31.08.2015 of the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
