ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from anyway interfering with peaceful conduct of petitioner's business at "HONEY SPA", 712, Chairmanthurai Road, Near Hotel Hills, 1st Floor, RCC Shop, Thirupathur, Thirupathur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated on 15.09.2023.

2. After two years from the date of representation, without knowing the present status, this petition cannot be considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on the fresh cause of action. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
