Today, when at the time this Original Petition is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, are appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing.
2. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 15.03.2021 filed by both parties, was read over to them and thereafter, they were admitted that the contention of the Joint Memo of Compromise, is found correct. Hence, in view of the same, the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent, is recorded.
3. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed, as settled in 2/4
