PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C, against the orders dated 27.04.2017 passed in C.A.No.47 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge's Court, Coimbatore, confirming the orders dated Crl.M.P.No.6091 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the matter arises between the husband and wife, resulted in D.V.A.No.2 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Mettupalayam. Further, he would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, this Criminal Revision Case became infructuous.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Criminal Revision Case stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
