PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order dated 20.10.2022 bearing No.221/A4/2022 passed by the 3rd Respondent to quash the same and to direct the Respondents Nos.1 to 3 to conduct a proper enquiry on the Petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022 after affording personal enquiry to the Petitioner.

2.Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3 also circulates proceedings in e/f/vz;/221-m1-2022. dated 07.11.2023 to the above effect and a letter from the petitioner confirming receipt of the amount. In such circumstances, the petitioner does not pursue this writ petition any further as it has achieved its objective. An endorsement is hence made by learned counsel for the petitioner on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. 2 / 4

3.Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
