This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 04.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20025 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of two weeks/14 days and thereafter the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
