This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the written statement of 2nd defendant and adoption memo of 3rd defendant in th above suit.

2. Though objection is made in allowing the application, having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit with regard to the delay and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendants, I am inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to post the main suit on 13.12.2023 for framing issues.
